Davor is a healthcare financing and business strategy expert with more than 20 years of professional experience spanning healthcare administration, public health insurance, hospital governance, corporate finance and international advisory projects.
Throughout his career, he has worked with healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical and MedTech companies, international organisations and public authorities on projects involving healthcare financing, market access, health economics, business performance and healthcare policy.
His work focuses on helping organisations make better business decisions through evidence-based analysis, financial expertise and a practical understanding of healthcare systems.
